Eligibility Criteria :

• CUTOFF: 65% and above in all academic examinations (10th, 12th/Diploma, Degree & Master Degree). (Minimum 60% for Graphic/Web Designer & Technical Writer domains.)
•  Should be willing to sign contract for a period of 2 ½ years (1 ½ Years contract period  for Graphic/Web Designer & Technical Writer domains) with company. 

•  Should be willing to travel to USA on short term business trips as per requirement.

Domain	Required Technical Skills
a)      Networking	Good in Signal & System and DSP concepts, C & Data Structure
b)   Server/Java	Good in Networking concepts, Data Structure C, & C++ OR Good in Networking concepts, Data Structure and Core Java. Working knowledge of DBMS on Linux.
c)       Graphics/Web Designer	Good in Photoshop, Flash, Dream Weaver and Illustrator. Graphics course must be completed and experienced will be preferred. (Any Degree)
d)      Technical Writer	Good in English, Technical Writing skills with any graduation. Experienced preferred. (Any Degree)

Note: 

1. In addition to the above technical skills candidate should have good communication, logical and problem solving skills.
2. Should carry all academic marks sheets (10th, 12th/Diploma, Degree & Master Degree – each semester) originals OR photocopies for the verification at the time of interview. Without originals OR photocopies of the marks sheets candidates will not be allowed to attend the interview.
