Fresh MCA(2011)/B.E(2010) graduates , for the position of Software Trainees.Software Trainees will undergo extensive Training in multiple technologies over a period of 2 to 3 months with a possibility of performing different roles across various SDLC phases.
Must possess excellent aptitude & problem solving skills
Must possess good analytical abilities
Must be strong in basics/fundamentals in concepts such as Object Orientation, Data modelling, Web-architecture etc.
Experience of developing final semester project using one of the above technologies, is an added advantage.
Must have good communication
Must have good attitude
Must be willing to adapt to new environments
Must be willing to travel abroad for Development / Implementation / Support
Evaluation Process:
Step 1: Shortlisting based on % marks scored (as provided by the College/University)
Step 2: Written test (General Aptitude, Technical - Any one programming language)
Step 3: Group Discussion
Step 4: Technical Interview(s)
Step 5: HR Interview / Offer discussion
