* Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Flash, Captivate, Articulate) and Learning Management Systems
* Exposure to applications based eLearning and ERP/SAP is desirable though not essential
* Familiarity of working in LCMS (Learning Content Management System) environment
