Job Responsibilities for Engineering :
• The Software Engineer participates in the design, implementation, troubleshooting, testing and debugging of the HP products and components.
• Works under the guidance of project member and technical lead
• The job requires an individual who can rapidly understand business requirements, assess the fit with current and emerging standards, and work within a team to provide rapid but effective results - all with an eye toward aligning with future standards.
• Research, design, develop, configure, integrate, test and maintain new and existing system software products
• Direct efforts towards usability, self-service, and zero-support needed goals
• Need to develop domain skills and learn requirement analysis skills under the guidance of senior members
• Design, develop, unit-test, maintain, and document network management software
• Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by QA, customers, and business partners
• Design and develop robust, scalable, high-quality software
• Work closely with Engineering Management, Program Management, and QA during the product life cycle

• Project Management: Project Lead and Project Manager
