Job Description :

•  HEVC is a new video coding standard which is slated to be ratified by 1Q2012. 

• Video analyzers are tools which help analyze an ecoded stream using smarT GUI and easy interface. This tool is very helpful in developement of h/w or s/w IP for video standards. Since HEVC is an upcoming standard, such tools ar not available yet from standard vendors. 
• The project is to develop a tool internally whcih can assist in initial devopment on HEVC.
