What we are looking for We are currently looking for Electronics and Communication Engineers who will join as Trainee Engineer to help drive the business forward within our expanding Railway Signaling Design Centre in Bangalore. The successful candidate will work on a varied and challenging portfolio of projects, primarily focused on the infrastructure on Network Rail UK. Successful candidates will possess an ability to communicate effectively and work proactively within teams. They must also be adaptable and innovative so as to learn new skills and to apply their technical education to practical effect. They will be expected to: Develop a very good understanding of signaling principles through reading, on-the-job learning opportunities, self-directed web resources, case study work and interaction with all technical staff in the company. Support the delivery of engineering projects, working as part of a team. Perform and deliver allocated project tasks, as directed by your project manager Produce high quality, cost effective technical work Understand the project and business goals Seek support and guidance in good time when in doubt. Requirements B.Tech/B.E. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognised university. 75% and above aggregate. Year of Pass Out - 2012 Candidate should possess the final degree certificate before he/she joins the organization. The Individual Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers Using written and spoken English within a business environment The position is based out of Bangalore Candidate should be in a position to join by October 2012.
